Question for Early Childhood Educators

What is the biggest challenge you will face in the next six months?

The biggest challenge I will face in the next six months is being healthy, and getting my non- profit off the ground.

This isn’t really a challenge for me, because I love Early Childhood, but another challenge is finding schools in my area to adopt, so that I can provide support.

      1. Thanks so much, it is such a big step for me. I have always known to be in a classroom. But now I will be a site coordinator with one of our local schools in conjunction with the YMCA.

  2. Class sizes going back to 24. We are dealing with too many children with cognitive delay and behavioral issues as a result of the last 3 years Covid crisis.
