Early Childhood is changing and keeping up with the ever-changing world of apps. Whereas I think introducing new things to learning is important. It is important to hold on to and encourage parents to work with their children one-on-one, whether than sitting them in front of a computer all day.
I love seeing the parents sitting at the table with their child with construction paper, scissors, and glue, working together to create something that they both can enjoy creating. The child would be learning to use their imagination, develop their motor skills, and most importantly, build a relationship with their parent, as well as spending quality time with them.
I am sure the children are learning using the preschool apps. And I’m not saying that they should not be using them. I think they should be limited… children should have balance.
As apps can be a fun experience for the children. Sitting in front of a computer/tablet for long periods of time can give the child eye strain, which can cause headaches and other problems. Use apps in moderation. Don’t give your child/student the impression that learning can only come from apps.
What do you think about all the new apps that they have for children?

Yes. balance! Children prefer (and need) the time with attentive people, too!
I agree
