Even though I am with my students throughout the Summer. I still do Back to School Bulletin Boards, Goody Bags, and I mail each student a postcard welcoming them Back to School.

Not sure what to do for Juneteenth? Always use the colors, then talk about what the colors mean.

4th of July

Students create a house using shapes, then add fireworks
Teacher creates fireworks for students for a music activity.
Have students create a collage using stickers.

Father’s Day!

Have students add bow tie and color. Have students color the jersey and add the number based on their age.
Use stickers to wish dads a Happy Father’s Day or put a message from the students.
Have students put why they love their dad on the tools. Have the students pick the tools they want in their tool box.

Have students create bookmarks using stickers, construction paper and yarn. Laminate them so they will last longer.
